As the chief marketing officer of Lucia Capital Group, Joe J. Lucia oversees the development and maintenance of the firm’s brand and lead generation strategies while also leading the firm’s marketing efforts. Joe is directly in charge of producing Lucia Capital Group’s TV and radio show content, which is distributed to more than 60 cities nationwide. He is also responsible for managing Bucket Strategy workshops and all social media content for the firm.
Joe has been in the financial services business for over 11 years. Prior to joining Lucia Capital Group, he served as the president of one of the largest specialty food markets in the western U.S. In this role, he oversaw all business operations and strategic development of the company. Joe began his career in the retail grocery business, gaining experience in sales, business management, and marketing with some of the largest retail chains in the U.S.
Joe completed the business management program at the University of Southern California.
He is an active member of his church and enjoys participating in local charity projects.
Joe and his wife of 20 years, Susan, have two children and six grandchildren. He and Susan are animal lovers and have four dogs and a cat. They are also big supporters of the Poway High School wrestling and football teams.
